Mission & Vision

107th Street Elementary School's mission is to provide students with rigorous data-driven instruction by highly qualified, dedicated teachers that
collaborate to ensure student mastery of grade-level standards by delivering quality first teaching from a restorative justice approach. The students of
107th Street Elementary School will culminate having mastered kindergarten through fifth grade Common Core State Standards, not only enabling them to
be successful in middle, high school, and beyond, but ensuring that they will be college and career ready and equipped with 21st-century skills.

107th Street Elementary School provides a personalized learning environment, including tiered instruction and interventions that address students'
individual, social, emotional, and academic needs. The school will provide a safe, clean environment and foster strong home and community partnerships
that will support academic success and all students driven by restorative justice practices. Students will meet and exceed grade-level Common Core State
Standards, become critical thinkers and independent lifelong learners to be successful adults in the 21st Century.
